VALUATION
Initial valuation takes place in our company, where the customer can see the general prices of the service and view material samples as well as multimedia presentations of sample furniture and completed renovations. We make a detailed calculation of the service at the customer’s request, at his place of residence or company. Such a valuation does not involve any costs and is intended to accurately calculate the final price of the service, as well as a detailed inspection of the furniture and determining the necessary repairs. The need to evaluate the service outside ?ód? is associated with the cost of travel from ?ód? to the customer. In the case of custom-made furniture, the customer may provide the dimensions of the furniture to be made, but we recommend a visit by our specialist, measuring the rooms and consulting.
LOGISTIC AND DEADLINES
The furniture is taken from the customer when the ordered fabric is already with us, which significantly shortens the time of the furniture’s stay in the factory. This is important especially when soundproofing doors, renovating sleeping furniture and chairs. The service completion date is agreed with the client on an ongoing basis and recorded in the order. The order also includes the final cost of the service. Depending on the service performed, the customer is obliged to make an advance payment for the purchase of materials. We provide an annual warranty for the service provided and it is counted from the date of receipt of the furniture from the plant.
TRANSPORT
Transport of individual small pieces of furniture in town ?ód? is possible. In the case of medium and large large transport, the customer pays the standard costs of delivery and transport of furniture. Transport of furniture outside POLAND is of course possible after prior agreement of the costs with the customer.
